Created a highly engaging and experiential workshop, exploring the structure of storytelling and how it maps to Kotter’s change curve

For the wider population we created a simplified version that was run through drop in sessions in the canteen. Their stories were then captured by a live sketch artist on a mural; NPL values as defined and lived by it’s people

We also looked at the tricks of Hollywood blockbusters to identify the kind of hero they need to be to lead their teams through change
